James Eggerding, MAI is the Associate Managing Director – Midwest of Specialty Valuation Group (SVG). Mr. Eggerding has more than a decade of real estate appraisal experience with all property types across the nation. He has evaluated and appraised residential, retail, industrial, office, affordable housing, and multifamily properties, both existing and proposed, among others, throughout his career. Mr. Eggerding has become known for his work with special-use properties such as shopping centers, car washes, hotels, funeral homes, self-storage, and campground properties. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has earned his MAI designation. Clients served include accountants, developers, investment firms, law firms, and lenders.
