Diana Segura, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, is the Managing Director of the SVG Washington office. Ms. Segura is a candidate for designation and is working toward obtaining the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. She is a bi-lingual Industrial Engineer with commercial real estate valuation experience in both North and South America. Ms. Segura has nearly ten years’ experience in commercial real estate property appraisal and more than two years in real estate market research. Ms. Segura has experience evaluating and appraising residential subdivisions, Hotels, gas stations, funeral homes and mortuaries, retail, industrial, sport facilities, and office properties. Service areas include Washington and Oregon.
