Kevin Shafer, Certified General Appraiser, is a Senior Appraiser at Specialty Valuation Group (SVG). Mr. Shafer has more than a decade of experience in the finance industry. He has experience evaluating and appraising multiple types of properties including residential, retail, multifamily, and office properties. Mr. Shafer is working toward obtaining the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
