Aaron Wright, MAI, AI-GRS, MRICS, ASA is the founder, President, and Executive Managing Director of Specialty Valuation Group (SVG). Mr. Wright has 20 years of real estate appraisal experience with all property types on a national level. He has appraised and evaluated special-use, residential, retail, industrial, office, and multifamily properties. Mr. Wright has built a reputation and has emerged as a leader in the appraisal industry for special-use property types that include automotive dealerships, funeral homes, restaurants, and schools/churches, among others. He is a member of The Appraisal Institute, American Society of Appraisers, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Wright was the President of the Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2018, and currently a Region V Representative and Government Relations Chair for the Ohio Chapter.
Mr. Wright spearheads company initiatives and integration for all the firm’s service lines, overseeing all operations across the Midwest, as well as the Eastern and Southern Regions of the U.S. Other responsibilities include valuation quality control, business development, and customer care. Clients served include accountants, developers, investment firms, law firms, and lenders.
