David Ogle is a valuation analyst at the Specialty Valuation Group SVG Atlanta office. He has more than 6 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience covering a myriad of property types. In addition, he led the research efforts in the Appraisal Institute’s book “A Guide to Appraising Automobile Dealerships, 2nd Edition,” which was published in 2021. Prior to entering the appraisal industry, Mr. Ogle was a legal analyst specializing in civil litigation and criminal law.
