Kim Neumann is the Director of Administration and Research at Specialty Valuation Group (SVG). She has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry primarily focused on editorial review, quality control, and research. Throughout her career she has reviewed 1,000s of market feasibility studies for all housing types in nearly every state in the U.S., Native American reservations, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Saipan, and Canada for a wide range of clients including housing authorities, developers, syndicators, and state finance agencies. Ms. Neumann was trained by one of the founding members and past chair members of National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA) and is fully versed in NCHMA and state LIHTC guidelines and requirements.
