Richard (Rick) Demmon, ASA, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, is an Appraiser at Specialty Valuation Group (SVG). Prior to SVG he was a Senior Aircraft Appraiser for an internationally known aircraft appraisal firm, worked for other industry leading aviation businesses, and honorably served in the United States Air Force. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers in the Aircraft specialty of Machinery and Technical Specialties. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and a Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Rick has been focused on real estate (real property) valuation analysis since joining SVG.
